Orders & Shipping

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We understand that plans can change! If you’d like to modify or cancel your order, please email our Customer Service team at support@rosphia.com within 1 hour of placing it during our business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM PST). We’ll do our best to assist you.

  • Once an order is placed, we’re unable to change items or quantities. If adjustments are needed, we’ll need to cancel the original order so you can place a new one.
  • After an order has shipped, we’re unable to make any changes or cancellations.
I accidentally shipped my order to the wrong address. What can I do?

Don’t worry — mistakes happen! Once an order has shipped, we can’t change the delivery address. Here’s what you can do:

  1. Track your order: Use the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email to follow your package.
  2. Contact the carrier: Reach out to UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc. They may be able to redirect or hold your package for pickup.
  3. Check the delivery location: If the incorrect address is nearby, you may visit or contact the location; sometimes packages are held for pickup.

If your package can’t be recovered, please email us at support@rosphia.com and we’ll do our best to help.

How can I check the status of my order?

It’s quick and easy! Log in to your account on our website to view the status of your recent orders.

You’ll also receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships. If you have any questions, email us at support@rosphia.com.

Where do you ship from?

Our team and warehouse are located in Southern California, where all orders are carefully packed and shipped. To provide faster delivery for our East Coast customers, we’re planning to open an additional warehouse on the East Coast in the near future.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship across the United States, including:

  • Continental U.S.: All 48 contiguous states
  • Alaska & Hawaii: Shipping available; delivery times may vary
  • U.S. Territories: Including Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and American Samoa

Please note that shipping times and rates may vary by location. We always do our best to deliver your order quickly, securely, and with full tracking.

Do you ship on weekends?

We don’t process or ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays. Orders placed after our Friday cutoff time will be processed on the next business day — typically Monday. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

What should I do if my package is lost or delayed?

If you believe your package is lost or delayed, please email our Customer Service team at support@rosphia.com as soon as possible. We’ll work directly with the carrier to investigate and keep you updated every step of the way.

Your satisfaction matters to us, and we’ll do everything we can to help resolve the issue quickly.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy and how can I start a return?

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all purchases. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, please email us at support@rosphia.com within 30 days of receiving it — and be sure to include your order number so we can assist you quickly.

At Rosphia, we’re committed to perfecting our products and truly value your feedback. When requesting a return, we’d love to hear your thoughts — your insights help our design and production teams make continual improvements.

As a thank-you, we may send a small gift if your feedback contributes to meaningful product enhancements. We hope to welcome you back with an even better experience next time!

What if the item I received is defective or not functioning properly?

We’re sorry to hear that! If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not working as expected, we offer a 30-day exchange or return policy from the date of delivery.

Please reach out to us at support@rosphia.com with your order number and a brief description (or photo) of the issue — our team will gladly assist you with a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

We stand behind the quality of our products and will make every effort to ensure your replacement arrives quickly and in perfect condition.

Is there any cost associated with returns?

We aim to make the return process simple and transparent:

  • Quality-related returns: If your item arrives damaged or defective, returns and exchanges are completely free — we cover return shipping.
  • Non-quality returns: For returns due to personal preference or other non-quality reasons, a $4.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refund processing: Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your return once it arrives at our facility, and an additional 3 business days for the refund to appear in your account. You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your return is completed.

How do I know if my Rosphia purchase is authentic?

To ensure your Rosphia product is 100% authentic, please purchase only from our official website or authorized retail stores.

We do not sell on third-party online platforms such as Amazon, Temu, or others. Purchasing directly from our official channels is the only way to guarantee the authenticity, quality, and warranty coverage of your Rosphia products — along with access to our dedicated customer support.

Please avoid unauthorized sellers, as we’re unable to verify the authenticity of products purchased elsewhere.

Are your products original designs?

Yes — we’re proud to say that every Rosphia product is our own original design, protected by U.S. patents and copyrights. We are a Southern California–based company with a team of top designers, in-house production capabilities, and a dedicated fulfillment center — bringing you products that combine artistry, innovation, and quality.

How can I collaborate with Rosphia or join the affiliate program?

Thank you for your interest in collaborating with Rosphia! We’re excited to introduce our Affiliate & Ambassador Program, giving creators and beauty lovers a new way to connect with our brand and earn rewards.
