Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Free on orders over $50 (before tax).
  • Orders under $50: A $4.95 flat shipping fee applies.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional fee based on your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days, please contact us at support@rosphia.com.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
